What type of hair do we provide?

Here at Bundl8s, We provide luxury virgin hair graded 10A in a variety of different styles, lengths and densities such as 180% & 200% as well as different frontal sizes but we are currently only selling 13*4 units. We also provide transparent lace but other lace types like HD lace and Swiss lace will be available upon demand

How do I get a wig cap?

Once you've made your order, you will be emailed on which colour cap you'd like.

Where is the money conversion sign?

We do not have a money conversion button so it is your responsibility to accurately convert the £ to your currency.

How long is shipping?

Orders take 24hrs-48hrs to process 

The delivery options we provide are;

Royal mail signed for (1st class delivery)    

 1-3 working days , this method of shipping allows customers to track or divert parcels.

Royal mail Special Delivery( Next Day Delivery)                                                                                                                 If ordered before 2pm

But please allow up to 6 days to receive your order.

Royal Mail international shipping(signed & tracked)

5-7 working days

*Please remember international shipments will be subject to customs clearance. the shipments may cause additional taxes/duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Do we accept exchanges/returns or refunds?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic purposes

Refunds are also not accepted unless it is a mistake on our part, other than that all sales are final.

What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept credit and debit cards via stripe.

Stripe accepts Visa, American express, Mastercard and any other credit or debit cards.

We also accept PayPal payments
